Cold-Use Instructions

1. Inspect the cap before every use. Do not use it if the fabric, seams, or gel chamber appears damaged or is leaking.
2. Place the clean, dry cap inside a sealed freezer bag. Chill in the freezer for 1.5–2 hours. For gentler cooling, place it in the refrigerator instead.
3. Remove the cap from the bag and let it rest briefly if it feels excessively cold. Test the temperature against your inner forearm before placing it on your head.
4. If needed, place a thin, dry cloth between the cap and your skin. Wear the cap comfortably without excessive pressure.
5. For the first use, limit the session to 10 minutes. Do not exceed 20 minutes in one session. Check your skin frequently and allow it to return to its normal temperature before another session.
6. After use, wipe the surface gently with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air-dry completely before storing. Do not soak, machine wash, puncture, or twist the cap.
